Anthony is also a ServSafe Alcohol Instructor, a certified Food Manager, and a TIPs Trainer for Responsible Alcohol Service. He designed and managed the terrifically-successful Green Room Lounge at the John W. Engeman Theater in New York, was the opening General Manager of Flip, the newest restaurant in Bloomingdale's flagship Manhattan store, and is currently the GM of Forty-Eight, the hottest new cocktail lounge in New York City's Rockefeller Center.
