Anthony Caporale has been a professional Bar Instructor and Bar Chef for over 15 years. He has trained hundreds of servers, and prepared hundreds of thousands of drinks. Anthony was the Featured Presenter for both the Basic and Advanced Vidcasting seminars at the First Annual International Podcasting Expo, and spoke on video podcasting at the Business Podcasting Expo. He is also a ServSafe Alcohol Instructor and a TIPs Trainer for responsible alcohol service, as well as a certified Food Safety Manager. Anthony designed and currently manages the terrifically-successful Green Room Lounge at the John W. Engeman Theater in New York.
